MORE ALIVE IN 2025 is a new six week group class that will create transformational change through Holosomatic Body Therapy.

Holosomatic Body Therapy is a combination of conscious connected breathwork, movement therapy, body mapping, bodywork and energy healing. These powerful healing modalities will bring you on a personal healing journey, learning how to truly embody your body, helping you to reveal and release stuck energy and blockages.
